Through his extensive work in residential aged care, Doctor Billy founded Clinical Instinct — an innovative in-person education program designed to transform how aged care clinicians develop clinical judgement, confidence and practical decision-making skills.
The program focuses on real-world medicine rather than theoretical frameworks, with an emphasis on improving outcomes for some of the most vulnerable patients in the healthcare system.
Clinical Instinct is built around the belief that strong clinical reasoning develops through guided practice, structured reflection and exposure to the complexities of everyday patient care — not just through textbooks and online modules.
